A two part expansion profile is used to cover the expansion gap between two floors that are of equal height. A base plate is used with this where the base plate is bonded or screwed to the subfloor and the top section is then tapped into the base plate creating a secure fixing. See base plates. Available in 2.7m lengths. Gold & Silver colour only.
